E & E Chestnut Developers, LLC
E & E Chestnut Developers was founded by Edward J. Etzel in 1996, at which time they began building high-end townhouses, garden homes, and condominiums in western Pennsylvania, with a specialized focus on 55+ communities. However, Ed was far from new to the building industry. As a young boy, he began working with his father and brother at Etzel Masonry, a business owned and operated by his family. Etzel Masonry has a long and successful history in the construction industry, in addition to an excellent reputation for their large profile of work and attention to customer service. You can find Etzel Masonry’s work throughout western PA in various residential developments, commercial buildings, school districts and even stone monuments. In 1987, Ed successfully began a construction company of his own by building spec homes, in a venture that would last until the founding of E & E nearly a decade later.
Among some of his very popular communities are Stoneridge in Butler Township, located at the corner of Whitestown Road and Acre Avenue, Hidden Meadows in Connoquenessing Township, located on Hidden Meadows Drive, and the newest condominium development, Chestnut Grove, located on the westside of Butler in Franklin Township. It has been our pleasure to serve the greater-Butler community and we look forward to providing practical and luxurious living accommodating for years to come.
